Bookings

It can be made by phone or via e-mail, after the conditions and rules are accepted we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking by bank transfer. when your book is made by e-mail you will receive bank details to make the deposit. payments have to be done in total 30 days before your tour start. 

Cancellations are non-refundable but can change booking dates during the next 6 months

Insurance

Clients are advised to take out adequate travel insurance to cover themselves. we provide personal insurance at an extra cost

Rules

I am voluntarily participating in this tour with the knowledge of the numerous risks and dangers involved. I assume all of the above risks, including those known and unknown to me.

it is your responsibility to have good conduct with your partners and employers of Flow Trails La Palma.

You will need a certain level of mountain biking experience either on natural trails to be able to enjoy our holidays. This says We should be clear that our holidays are not suitable for beginners, as having to widen a span of skill within the group leads to dissatisfaction for all.

Alcoholic drinks are not allowed before and during our tours, after of course hehe.

Riders that bring their own bike: having the proper bike and equipment needed for the selected trip.

helmet, knee pads, and gloves are obligatory. a full-face helmet is highlighted as recommended.

Rental bike

Any damage on the bike rental is deducted from you. You agree that you are fully responsible for the bike. should the bike be stolen whilst in your care you will be required to pay for the original price of the bike.

What spare parts should I bring?

2 spare tubes, a gear cable, brake pads, and a derailleur hanger specific to your bike

What should I take with me on a ride?

A 2 or 3-liter hydration pack with 2 spare tubes, pump, multi-tool, waterproof top, and some snacks. Wearing a helmet and knee pads is compulsory. gloves and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
